Activity Description:
Rio has an internal division for its flexible start class: FLX1 and FLX2.  Oct 1, 2007 is the fourth and final start date in FLX1, which means we will close all of these classes at the end of registration on 10/1, and will calculate the final faculty pay/load for these classes.  Some will be paid through the payroll audit on 10/3/2007; others will be have pay adjusted through revised contract.  It takes most of the work day on 10/2 to close each of the classes and make payroll adjustments.

We need access to SIS to close classes and to adjust faculty load.  Not having access would impact the next payroll.
