Automated Emails going to students related to accessing RioLearn

Activity Description:
These are the automated emails that go to students which tell them what course they are registered for and how to access it in RioLearn. (Kishia is the owner of these; programming needs to update the messages prior to PeopleSoft migration being complete too.)

Programming will need to update information in the welcome letter/registration letters prior to 'go live' for PeopleSoft. Currently, we list access information (which may change) and course modality etc... These fields need updated to accommodate the new system.
In addition, these can not be sent to students when PeopleSoft is down...so we need to send prior to.
Is it possible to have three weeks in-between starts during this timeframe?
