| All ten MCCCD colleges are required to identify any typical or expected college activities and dates as they pertain to SIS usage during October 2007. Janet Langley will compile this data, from all the colleges, to be reviewed at an October 3rd, 2006 District CIT meeting. This data will be used to determine an exact range of dates for which "Go Live" can fall into. We are expecting a down time of at least 5 business days during "Go Live". Your input is very important, as it will be used to determine the best possible dates that would lesson the impact of SIS down time on students, staff, faculty, and outside constituency. |
